How do I take the on-line course?
Courses may be purchased online by clicking the Purchase Course link. Each course is priced separately.
Once your have made the purchase, the course package will be enabled. You must register and be logged in to take the course. Once you log in, you will find links in the left column.
Click on the name of the course you purchased. You will begin with Module 1 by clicking on the Start button and you will continue until the course is complete.
I have already purchased the course, how do I start taking it?
Once your purchase is confirmed, your course package is enabled. You must log in to gain access. Once you have logged in, go to My Courses in the left hand column or top navigation. You can start with the first lesson, or go to the bottom of the page and click on the course title.This will take you to an overview of the course.
You will begin with Module 1 by clicking on the Start button.
How much does the course cost?
The courses are priced separately. The price ranges from $199.95 to $299.95. Go to Purchase Course for further pricing information about each course.
How many answers do I need to get right in order to pass and get my certificate?
You must get 90% of the answers right in order to pass the course. This quizzes are "open-book," meaning you can go back and review the material as needed. You are given at least five attempts to pass on each quiz.
Why do I need to register?
The courses and quizzes are only for registered guests who have paid for the course work. It is necessary to register so that you can manage your courseware, quizzes and certificates. Also, as a registered guest, it is easier to communicate with the authors of the course.

On the main menu at the top, look for the "Courses" tab. Or, click here.
What credit cards do you take?
Through PayPal, we take Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also use your PayPal account to pay.
What if I can't complete the course at one sitting?
That's fine. If you leave the course, you may return to the My Courses page and continue on to where you left off. Just select the module you need to continue with.
